Ordinary Portland Cement is prepared by a fully-automated, dry manufacturing process using state of the art technology under strict quality assurance at all stages of manufacturing with the help of the “ROBOTIC (POLAB)” system. The product comes in a range of specifications to suit various conditions and applications such as dry-lean mixes, general-purpose ready-mixes and even high strength pre-cast and pre-stressed concrete. OPC is available in OPC-43 Grade & OPC-53 Grade
Portland Pozzolana Cement, “Product of Future,” is prepared by a fully-automated, dry manufacturing process using state of the art technology under strict quality assurance at all stages of manufacturing with the help of the “ROBOTIC (POLAB)” system. PPC is manufactured by inter-grinding well-burnt OPC Clinker with gypsum and pozzolanic materials like power-station fly ash or silicious earths.
Portland Slag Cement, commonly known as PSC, is blended cement. Slag is, essentially, a non-meta-llic product comprising of more than 90% glass with silicates and alumino-silicates of lime. JSW Cement, users superior quality slag produced at it’s steel manufacturing plant, conforming to IS: 12089 standards for producing PSC. It is created with a combination of upto 45- 50% slag, 45% – 50% clinker, and 3-5% gypsum. PSC has been voted as the most suitable cement for mass construction because of its low heat of hydration
Regardless of the two materials being connected or the type of adhesive used, glue bonds only “stick” two materials together. Once a strong enough force acts on the connection, the bond can break and the two joined materials detach. In the world of industrial processing applications, glue is unreliable. It would significantly diminish pressure ratings, and be potentially incompatible with processing materials and high temperatures. In addition, the chemicals within certain glues may actually degrade or weaken the piping material.
